Common Questions
How do I book online?
To schedule online you must fill out some details about who you are, what you need, and the size of your space. Then you simply pick a date/time and wait for a confirmation to arrive.
are there fees for Cancelling or Rescheduling the clean?
There is a rescheduling fee of $20 if rescheduled within 2 hours of the job. There is a cancellation fee of 15% if cancelled within 48 hours and 30% if cancelled within 4 hours of the job. No fees assessed if outside of 48 hours.
Can I trust my cleaner?
Our cleaners are thoroughly vetted to ensure we only work with high integrity professionals. This makes for a safe and secure experience for our clients.
When will I get charged?
Your chosen payment method will not be charged until after the service is complete and you let us know that you are satisfied with your service.
